The Feedback button is available from each page in the ArkCase FOIA application. The Feedback functionality allows ArkCase FOIA application users to submit any and all helpdesk tickets or support bugs directly to the ArkCase FOIA customer support team.
Steps to file a Feedback Ticket:
- Click on the Feedback button
- Enter in "What went wrong?" by entering a detailed description of the issue/bug and enter in detailed steps to reproduce the issue, if applicable.
- Upload a screenshot to support the issue description, if applicable.
- Enter your name and email
- Then click submit
Once the Feedback ticket is submitted, someone from the ArkCase FOIA Customer Support team will contact you.
